Kids Weekly Yoga Club

Yoga Club at Anaconda Yoga is a kids-only class designed to help children build focus, confidence, and emotional awareness through yoga, breathwork, and storytelling, all in a playful, supportive studio environment.

Each 90-minute session includes check-in time, breathing exercises, warm-up yoga stretches, guided yoga practice, storytelling, movement games, and healthy snacks. Parents do not attend class.

What each day includes

  • Breathing tools for calm, concentration, or energy
  • Outdoor movement and play time at the park
  • Playful yoga flows
  • Creative journaling or art
  • Connection games
  • Healthy snacks

Kids enjoy creative play, yoga stories, healthy snacks, and positive messaging.

Fun, gentle movement and grounding tools for life

Kids Yoga Camp will teach kids tools for life, like how to move the body without the pressure to perform, how to calm themselves down, how to be creative, and how to develop mind-body connection.
