cody melton

Cody Melton

your yoga flow + restore your body
Cody has been active all his life, first as a distance runner in school to most recently coaching and participating in CrossFit for over ten years. About eight years ago something wasn’t working and he started thinking outside the box for things that would help his mind and body. Cody was in “good shape” but felt drained and anxious every day. He nervously took his first yoga class, worried about rejection or ridicule because of how inflexible he was; however, what Cody found was a caring and compassionate community and lifestyle.

As a student of Shiva Rea, Deb is a 300-hour certified Prana Vinyasa® + Soulful Wellness teacher with the Samudra School of Yoga as well as a certified Energy Medicine Yoga® practitioner. Through her yoga, Deb invites us to explore the sacred tremor of spanda rippling through our energy being in motion. Check out her project, Juicy Purusha, at www.juicypurusha.com.

Elise Marquette

slow flow + Self Love Massage and Meditation
Elise has been practice yoga for nearly a decade, initially drawn to it by the challenge and contrast it offered to her other passions like skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. In 2020 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and has been teaching ever since.
Elise’s classes blend creativity and intention, pulling from a range of influences including Rocket, Ashtanga, slow flow, yin, and mobility training. Her teaching is rooted in guiding students out of their minds and into their bodies – through mindful movement, breath, and presence, she hopes to curate a dance through the asanas.
She curates experiences that are simple, functional, and deeply authentic – offering adaptable flows that help students connect to their bodies, feel centered, and move through what they need, on and off the mat.

As a newly certified yoga teacher, I bring a deep passion for guiding individuals towards physical strength, mental clarity and inner peace. This approach is rooted in creating a welcoming and inclusive space where students of all levels can feel supported in their own personal growth.

I draw over a decade of personal practice focusing on combining mindful movement with breath work and mediation and will offer classes that nurture the mind-body connection. I am passionate about educating others on energy work, essential oils, crystals, plant medicines, sound healing & traditional teachings. I created Bloom Healing arts in Medicine in January 2021 with the intention to hold a space for myself and others to remember the love & truth within.

Lexi Salminen

mandala flow + slow flow & sound healing
Hi, I’m Lexi—so excited to take you on a journey through yoga!

Yoga found me three years ago, and from that moment on, I’ve been captivated by the beauty, depth, and magic of the practice. It’s become more than just movement—it’s a way of being. I’ve spent countless hours studying and training under a variety of teachers and traditions, completing a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, all supported by a background in Applied Health Science.

On the mat, I love designing creative, playful flows with unexpected transitions—often spiraling and circling like so much of the natural world around us. My classes invite you to move slowly, intentionally, and deeply, guided by the rhythm of your breath. My intention is always to create a calming, inward, and inspiring space—one where your body gently resists leaving savasana.

Off the mat, you’ll find me soaking up the sun—whether that’s at a hot spring, hiking a mountain, plunging into an alpine lake, or simply watching Montana’s breathtaking skies melt into sunset.

I’m deeply honored to share the practice of yoga, and I hope to serve as a conduit for the transformation, healing, and connection this practice can bring into our human experience.

See you on the mat—with love,
Lexi
