4 Elements Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing

  • Teacher: Eve Farwell
  • 9 a.m. – 10 a.m., Sunday September 14, 2025

Join Eve Farwell for a gently guided Four Elements Meditation & Restorative Yoga experience—a practice designed to reconnect you with air, water, fire, and earth—the sacred building blocks of life and your own inner nature. Together, we’ll slow down and bring mindful awareness to each element, one at a time, inviting presence and curiosity as we feel into the essence of each one. This isn’t about emptying the mind—it’s about stillness, reflection, and reconnection. Supported by grounding restorative yoga postures and soothing sound healing, this experience offers a nourishing space to soften, notice, and remember the sacred in the ordinary. Let yourself unwind, breathe deeply, and come back to your body and the natural world around you. A gentle return to balance—through nature, through sound, through self.

Awaken the Warrior Goddess

  • Teacher: Catherine Wetenkamp
  • 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025

Long ago, two brothers performed fierce austerities to gain a boon: that no man could ever defeat them. Armed with this power, they unleashed terror across the three worlds. In desperation, the gods called upon Durga—the supreme goddess who does not dwell in the manifest world but arises only when truly needed. In this immersive, embodied class, we journey through the epic story of the Devi Mahatmya — from the brothers’ blind delusion and the moment Durga arrives at their gates, to the fierce battles against soldiers and the terrifying buffalo demon. We witness the relentless rise of Raktabija, whose spilled blood created countless clones, and ultimately embody the unstoppable power of Kali, who erupted from Durga’s third eye to break the cycle of destruction.

Through asana, kriya, mantra, and meditation, we enter the field of this myth not as passive listeners, but as warriors of awakening:

  • Kriyas to destroy repetitive thought patterns and awaken inner fire
  • Mantra to invoke Durga, Kali, and the fierce clarity of Shakti
  • Meditation to call all fragmented energies home—into wholeness, into sovereignty

All levels welcome.

Chaturanga Cha Cha

  • Teacher: Marissa Krupa
  • 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. Sunday, September 14, 2025

This is a rigorous class where we will break down and rebuild the caturanga or “flow” sequence (from forward fold through caturanga dandasana to down dog). We will take each part of the flow and explore technique and form to ensure you are entering and exiting each pose without chance of injury. We will also examine the functional mechanics of our skeletons in relation to the flowing movement of this sequence, including the use of blocks to support our bones. This class is rooted in Ashtanga concepts. If you’ve taken a yoga class and struggled to understand the queuing in the caturanga flow, then this class is for you. If you feel like you know the caturanga flow, but want to deepen your understanding of the poses, then this class is also for you! The caturanga sequence is widely used in yoga classes around the world, but very rarely taught by itself. Now, you have an opportunity to dial in the form and understand your body’s function within this flow. Our goal is to bring about awareness and develop muscle memory so that no matter where you take a yoga class, you can flow without injury. The caturanga sequence is powerful yet also provides release. When we bring education, mindfulness, and body awareness into this sequence, it can be a source of incredible growth. Join this energetic class to sweat, learn, and grow with the caturanga flow! (And, maybe we’ll throw in a little cha cha dancing!)

In this class, we’ll explore tantric perspectives on these polarities and learn how to observe them in the world around us. A practice in presence, pattern-seeing, and connecting more deeply to both land and self.

Stand and Deliver

  • Teacher: Marissa Krupa
  • 2 p.m. – 3 p.m., Saturday, September 13, 2025

This is an all-level class with a foundational approach for standing poses. We’ll focus on specific concepts with feet, arches, ankles, knees, and hips. The goal is to build muscle memory on how to engage in standing poses for maximum benefit, yet with complete safety. The class is based on Iyengar concepts, with use of yoga props. In this class, we will begin to explore the interplay between the yoga concept “sthira” or structure, and “sukham” or sweet space. These concepts are introduced in the yoga sutra 2.46. When combined, sthira and sukham provide the ultimate balance, allowing for focus, presence, and delight both within our yoga practice, and in our everyday lives. Learning to notice the difference between sthira and sukham physically, can begin to translate into noticing when we are calm or agitated, when we are heartened or disheartened. When we bring more awareness to our human experience, we begin to open up to choice, instead of being at the mercy of our reactions. Join this wonderful workshop to build a stronger foundation for your yoga practice and your daily life!

Across retreats, teacher trainings, and transformational spaces, she brings yoga into both peak performance and the quiet grit of everyday life.

A lifelong student of goddess mythology, non-dual Tantra, and the inner technology of awakening, Cat teaches with heart and clarity. Her classes are not simply sequences—they are portals, alive with breath, story, sweat, and silence. Through her work, students don’t just learn yoga—they become it.

Lexi Salminen

mandala flow + slow flow & sound healing
Hi, I’m Lexi—so excited to take you on a journey through yoga!

Yoga found me three years ago, and from that moment on, I’ve been captivated by the beauty, depth, and magic of the practice. It’s become more than just movement—it’s a way of being. I’ve spent countless hours studying and training under a variety of teachers and traditions, completing a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, all supported by a background in Applied Health Science.

On the mat, I love designing creative, playful flows with unexpected transitions—often spiraling and circling like so much of the natural world around us. My classes invite you to move slowly, intentionally, and deeply, guided by the rhythm of your breath. My intention is always to create a calming, inward, and inspiring space—one where your body gently resists leaving savasana.

Off the mat, you’ll find me soaking up the sun—whether that’s at a hot spring, hiking a mountain, plunging into an alpine lake, or simply watching Montana’s breathtaking skies melt into sunset.

I’m deeply honored to share the practice of yoga, and I hope to serve as a conduit for the transformation, healing, and connection this practice can bring into our human experience.

See you on the mat—with love,
Lexi
