Elise Marquette
Elise’s classes blend creativity and intention, pulling from a range of influences including Rocket, Ashtanga, slow flow, yin, and mobility training. Her teaching is rooted in guiding students out of their minds and into their bodies – through mindful movement, breath, and presence, she hopes to curate a dance through the asanas.
She curates experiences that are simple, functional, and deeply authentic – offering adaptable flows that help students connect to their bodies, feel centered, and move through what they need, on and off the mat.

Jessie Barnes
As a newly certified yoga teacher, I bring a deep passion for guiding individuals towards physical strength, mental clarity and inner peace. This approach is rooted in creating a welcoming and inclusive space where students of all levels can feel supported in their own personal growth.
I draw over a decade of personal practice focusing on combining mindful movement with breath work and mediation and will offer classes that nurture the mind-body connection. Each class will improve flexibility, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. I am completely dedicated to helping others in discovering the benefits of yoga and the role it can play in their own life.

Lexi Salminen
Yoga found me three years ago, and from that moment on, I’ve been captivated by the beauty, depth, and magic of the practice. It’s become more than just movement—it’s a way of being. I’ve spent countless hours studying and training under a variety of teachers and traditions, completing a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, all supported by a background in Applied Health Science.
On the mat, I love designing creative, playful flows with unexpected transitions—often spiraling and circling like so much of the natural world around us. My classes invite you to move slowly, intentionally, and deeply, guided by the rhythm of your breath. My intention is always to create a calming, inward, and inspiring space—one where your body gently resists leaving savasana.
Off the mat, you’ll find me soaking up the sun—whether that’s at a hot spring, hiking a mountain, plunging into an alpine lake, or simply watching Montana’s breathtaking skies melt into sunset.
I’m deeply honored to share the practice of yoga, and I hope to serve as a conduit for the transformation, healing, and connection this practice can bring into our human experience.
See you on the mat—with love,
Lexi
