At Anaconda Yoga, we hold our classes, events, and retreats with care and intention. Clear policies allow us to honor our commitments to teachers, vendors, and participants while creating sustainable, well-held experiences for everyone involved.

Please read the policies below carefully before booking.

Classes and Memberships

Customers can cancel their attendance but get no automatic credit.
A late cancellation is defined as canceling within 1 hour of the class start time. Members are charged a $3 late cancellation fee. This helps offset the loss of a reserved spot that could otherwise be offered as a drop-in.

Thank you for respecting the shared nature of our studio space and class capacity.

Workshops and Special Events

Workshops and special events require advance planning, supplies, and staffing.

A full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase.
A 50 percent refund is available if cancellation is made more than 60 days before the event start date.
No refunds are available within 60 days of the event, for any reason.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant. Transfers are subject to approval and availability and are not guaranteed.

Retreats

We hold this space with intention and integrity, and ask that you do the same.

All retreat payments are non-refundable. Your deposit secures a very limited spot, and your commitment is part of what creates the container for this work.

If you cannot attend due to an emergency, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future retreat. Credits are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

You may request to transfer your spot to another woman, pending approval.

Anaconda Yoga Fest and Large-Scale Events

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to participants while allowing us to secure teachers, finalize schedules, and honor commitments to vendors and event partners well in advance.

Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

More than 90 days before the event: You will receive a 50 percent refund, minus any processing fees.
90 days or fewer before the event: No refunds will be issued.

Ticket transfers are allowed at no additional cost. You must notify us in writing and provide the new attendee’s full name and contact information at least 7 days before the event.

We do not offer partial refunds for missed portions of the festival.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to marquis@anacondayoga.com.

General Policy Notes

All sales are final after the stated refund windows.
Anaconda Yoga is not liable for any unexpected disruptions to travel or attendance due to weather, illness, personal circumstances, or other unforeseen events.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and cancellation policies.
